1. Publisher identification

The R-Guard application is published and distributed by Rosario Group LLC (the “Company”).

Contact details and registered address are published on the corporate website (rosariogroupllc.com) and/or the app store listing.

2. Purpose

This notice describes the nature of the App as a two-factor authentication tool and general liability and legal information related to using R-Guard.

The content does not constitute personalized legal advice.

3. Nature of the tool

R-Guard helps generate and locally safeguard 2FA codes and, optionally, approve SSO access. It does not by itself guarantee your organization’s regulatory compliance or the security of third-party services.

Users should complement the App with good practices: strong passwords, system updates, encrypted backups, and offline custody of backup codes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse, device loss, social engineering, user compromise of secrets, network or third-party server failures, or temporary unavailability.

Third-party names and marks (e.g. YubiKey, Google, Apple) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only for compatibility description.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, rights in the App, its interface, original texts, and the R-Guard mark belong to Rosario Group LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction of protected materials beyond what law or these terms allow is prohibited.

6. Links and versions

The version published on the official R-Guard web pages (terms, privacy, notice, and licenses) and the copy included in the App stay aligned from the same source. If a temporary deployment conflict arises, the official website version prevails.
